TAAJ-E-ZULF SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Taaj-e-Zulf. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and standard shipping across Pakistan. Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Taaj-e-Zulf is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or unreachable phone numbers provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
