TAAJ-E-ZULF REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Taaj-e-Zulf. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our product is an organic herbal hair oil, we maintain strict quality control.

1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect bottle, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return
If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damage or leakage.

3. Refunds
Once we inspect your proof, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer: Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
